Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of March 17, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-019: Adopted the updated county Emergency Operations Plan following review by the EMA Director.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $257,389.15.
3. Approved the Treasurer's February investment report; portfolio yield 4.02%.
4. Reappointed one member to the Clairmont County Board of Health.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
