2026 property revaluation notices mailed to all parcel owners
The County Auditor has mailed tentative value notices for the 2026 sexennial reappraisal to all 41,300 parcels in the county. Property owners who wish to discuss their tentative value may schedule an informal review session through the Auditor's office before August 14, 2026.
Revaluation does not change permit or zoning status of any parcel. Building permit records for any parcel may be researched using the online Permit Search.
