Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of April 21, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-027: Awarded the 2025 chip seal program to Allegheny Surface Treatment Inc., 36.8 road miles, $968,750.00.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $335,712.95.
3. Executive session (ORC 121.22(G)(1)) re: personnel, 11:00 AM to 11:35 AM. No action taken.
4. Proclamation: declared April 2025 as Fair Housing Month.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
