Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of May 19, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-035: Reappointed two members to the Clairmont County Agricultural Society (fair board).
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $291,048.23.
3. Approved the dog warden's April report: 36 dogs impounded, 30 redeemed or adopted.
4. Set a public hearing for June 16, 2025, on the proposed fiscal year 2026 tax budget.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
