Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of June 16, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-044: Adopted the fiscal year 2026 tax budget (3-0) and directed the Clerk to certify it to the County Budget Commission per ORC 5705.28.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $367,894.61.
3. Res. 2025-045: Approved renewal of the county's group health insurance plan effective August 1, 2025.
4. Heard citizen comment regarding drainage on Township Road 88; referred to the County Engineer.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
