Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of July 21, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-052: Approved a then-and-now certificate for invoices of Marbury Ready Mix in the amount of $14,308.77.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $402,215.37.
3. Executive session (ORC 121.22(G)(1)) re: personnel, 10:55 AM to 11:20 AM. No action taken.
4. Approved a fireworks exhibition permit for the Holt Springs Community Days celebration.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
