Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of August 18, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Approved payment of bills totaling $288,650.91.
2. Res. 2025-060: Authorized submission of a CDBG Allocation application for the Village of Averill water tower rehabilitation.
3. Res. 2025-061: Awarded the annual crack sealing contract to Ohio Valley Sealcoating LLC.
4. Approved the dog warden's July report: 39 dogs impounded, 31 redeemed or adopted.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
