Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of September 21, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-068: Approved a resolution of support for the Marbury Regional Airport runway extension grant application.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $319,477.09.
3. Proclamation: declared September 17-23, 2025 as Constitution Week.
4. Heard the Treasurer's August investment report; portfolio yield 3.72%.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
