Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of November 17, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2025-084: Accepted the 2026 tax budget as advertised and set a public hearing for December 1, 2025.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $301,566.45.
3. Res. 2025-085: Authorized the Engineer to dispose of surplus equipment by public auction.
4. Reappointed one member to the Clairmont County Community Corrections Planning Board.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
