Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of December 15, 2025, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Approved payment of bills totaling $356,842.19 as presented by the County Auditor.
2. Res. 2025-091: Approved the 2026 appropriations resolution in temporary form pending certification by the Budget Commission.
3. Proclamation: recognized county employees reaching 25 years of service at the annual holiday luncheon.
4. Approved the dog warden's November report: 27 dogs impounded, 23 redeemed or adopted.
5. Executive session (ORC 121.22(G)(1)) re: personnel, 11:10 AM to 11:45 AM. No action taken.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
