Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of January 20, 2026, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2026-010: Authorized renewal of the county's property and liability insurance coverage through the Ohio Government Risk Management Plan.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $261,733.85.
3. Approved a road salt purchase from the Ohio Department of Transportation cooperative purchasing program for the 2026 winter season.
4. Executive session (ORC 121.22(G)(1)) re: personnel, 10:50 AM to 11:20 AM. No action taken.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
