Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of February 17, 2026, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2026-028: Approved the county's participation in the Ohio Public Works Commission State Capital Improvement Program application cycle for 2027.
2. Approved payment of bills totaling $298,411.09.
3. Proclamation: recognized February 2026 as Career and Technical Education Month.
4. Reappointed one member to the Clairmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
5. Heard the Treasurer's January investment report; portfolio yield 3.58%.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
