Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of March 16, 2026, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2026-044: Adopted the updated Clairmont County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan as approved by FEMA Region V.
2. Approved the Treasurer's February investment report; portfolio yield 3.61%.
3. Reappointed the Building & Development Services Director to the SE Ohio Building Officials Association board.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
