Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of April 6, 2026, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Res. 2026-055: Awarded the 2026 chip seal program to Allegheny Surface Treatment Inc., 41.2 road miles, $1,102,300.00.
2. Approved a lease renewal for the Board of Elections storage annex at 118 Water St, Marbury.
3. Executive session (ORC 121.22(G)(3)) re: pending litigation, 10:40 AM to 11:05 AM. No action taken.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
