Board of County Commissioners — Minutes

Regular session of April 20, 2026, 10:00 AM, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Present: Commissioners R. Ellsworth (President), D. Franks, M. Coyle; J. Whipple, Clerk.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following business was transacted:

1. Declared a temporary countywide open burning ban in cooperation with the township fire chiefs.
2. Res. 2026-060: Approved fund transfers and supplemental appropriations as requested by the Auditor.
3. Heard the annual report of the Ohio State University Extension office.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. The foregoing minutes were approved at a subsequent regular session and entered into the Commissioners’ Journal.
