Notice of public hearing: proposed amendments to flood damage prevention regulations

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, on proposed amendments to the Clairmont County Flood Damage Prevention Regulations. The amendments incorporate the revised FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps effective September 2026.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available for inspection at the Building & Development Services office during regular business hours.
