Notice of CAUV Informational Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Clairmont County Auditor will hold an informational meeting for owners of land enrolled, or seeking to enroll, in the Current Agricultural Use Value (CAUV) program on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
Representatives from the Auditor's office and the Ohio Department of Taxation will explain 2026 CAUV soil values, renewal application requirements, and recoupment provisions applicable to land withdrawn from agricultural use.
