Notice of Ratification: Solid Waste Management Plan
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Clairmont County Commissioners will consider a resolution ratifying the updated Clairmont-Marbury Joint Solid Waste Management Plan, as adopted by the Joint Solid Waste Management District policy committee and approved by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, at its regular session of Tuesday, March 3, 2026, 10:00 AM, Commissioners' Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio.
The plan update addresses solid waste disposal capacity, recycling and litter prevention programming, and household hazardous waste collection for the district through 2036. A copy of the plan is on file for public inspection at the office of the Commissioners' Clerk and at the Health District office, 515 Buckeye Ave, Marbury.
