Notice of Public Hearing: DORA Application, Village of Marbury
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Marbury will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM in Marbury Village Hall on an application to establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) encompassing portions of Public Square and Main Street, as authorized by Ohio Revised Code 4301.82. This notice is posted by Clairmont County as a courtesy; the Village of Marbury is the approving authority.
The application, including the proposed boundary map and hours of operation, is on file for public inspection at the Marbury Village Clerk's office. Persons wishing to comment may appear at the hearing or submit written comments to the Village Clerk prior to that date.
