Notice of Public Hearing: Flood Damage Prevention Regulations
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Clairmont County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio, on proposed amendments to the Clairmont County Flood Damage Prevention Regulations. The proposed amendments incorporate the revised Flood Insurance Rate Maps issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, effective September 2026.
Copies of the proposed amendments are on file and available for public inspection at the Building & Development Services office during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
