Notice of Unclaimed Funds
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 9.39 that the following amounts have remained unclaimed in the Clairmont County Treasury for more than one year and, if not claimed within ninety days of this notice, will revert to the county general fund: overpayment refund, Vandermeer Title Agency, $340.12; final payroll, unclaimed by former Board of Elections employee, $611.55; witness fee, Court of Common Pleas, $80.00; vendor overpayment, Holt Springs Gravel Co., $1,240.00; cemetery lot refund, Clay Township, $150.00.
Persons believing themselves entitled to any of the above sums should file a claim with the County Auditor, Patricia Vandermeer, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio 45771, (740) 555-4601, providing sufficient proof of entitlement.
