Notice of Public Hearing: Board of Zoning Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Clairmont County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio, on the application of Curtis Vandegriff for a variance from the accessory structure height limitation of the Clairmont County Zoning Resolution to permit construction of a pole barn exceeding 20 feet in height on property located at 6820 Buckhorn Rd, Deerfield Township, parcel number 09-00212.000.
The application is on file and available for inspection at the Building & Development Services office during regular business hours. Any interested person may appear and be heard, or submit written comment to the Board through the Zoning Inspector prior to the hearing.
