Aldridge, et al., I will offer for sale at public auction, at the front steps of the Clairmont County Courthouse, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio, on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate:
Situated in Union Township, Clairmont County, Ohio, and known as 118 Persimmon Ridge Road, Marbury, Ohio 45771, being Parcel No. 22-01187.000, together with the improvements thereon.
