Notice of Public Hearing: Board of Zoning Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Clairmont County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 100 Public Square, Marbury, Ohio, on the application of Gerald and Ann Kesler for a variance from the side-yard setback requirement of the Clairmont County Zoning Resolution to permit construction of an attached garage on property located at 4417 Wagoner Rd, Bearfield Township, parcel number 14-00456.000.
The application and supporting materials are on file and available for public inspection at the Building & Development Services office during regular business hours. Any person may appear and be heard at the hearing, or may submit written comments to the Board in care of the Zoning Inspector prior to the hearing date.
